Emma, our Head of House, is integral to the smooth running of each stay and ensures that our guests feel right at home. Behind the scenes she oversees the entire experience - answering enquiries, taking bookings, organising maintenance, running the housekeeping, and adding those finishing touches before each stay. She brings each property to life with fresh flowers, perfectly made beds, locally sourced treats, and stylishly arranged interiors.

Always at the end of a phone, Emma is always on-hand for our guests (and for us too!)

Our History and Heritage

Our heart has been in the Cotswolds for the past 160 years. We began as an Ironmongers on the High Street of the idyllic market town of Moreton-In-Marsh. Fast forward 100 years, and the family owned business evolved in 2014 into Cotswold Grey, now one of the Cotswold’s leading Interior Design shops.

Since then we have carefully selected a series of cottages and apartments, designing and styling these retreats with our favourite pieces from our beloved shop, and it’s this passion that started our journey in creating the finest retreats in the Cotswolds.

Located in the heart of Moreton-in-Marsh, our flagship store presents a treasure trove of eclectic furniture and culturally inspired homeware picked with passion from all over the world.
