With lots of fun-filled events taking place in the Cotswolds this Easter, there is plenty of fun to be had for all ages. Whether you are planning a romantic retreat for two or a larger family gathering, there is something going on across the region to keep everyone entertained. Easter Eggstravaganza at Blenheim Palace

Visit Blenheim Palace over the Easter weekend and enjoy a whole host of exciting Easter-themed activities. From circus skills workshops and bungee trampolines to Easter egg huts and meet-and-greet with the Easter bunny, little ones will be thoroughly entertained here. You’ll also have the opportunity to learn about the history of chocolate and personalise your own sweet treats through workshops run by Hotel Chocolat. This is a weekend not to be missed!

Easter Celebrations at Daylesford Organic Farm

There is so much to explore and discover at the iconic, award-winning organic farm in the heart of the Cotswolds. This Easter, on Saturday 8th April, Daylesford is offering a creative afternoon to celebrate Easter and the beautiful flowers of the season. After foraging for Easter eggs in their organic Market Garden, children will enjoy making their own floral crowns, meeting the lambs and decorating their own Easter biscuits.

Egg-citing Fun at Birdland

Fly on over to Birdland this Easter holiday and discover a season of new life! Many of the resident birds at the park will begin courtship and dozens of eggs are due to be laid. Visitors will have the chance to hunt for their own eggs around the park and brush up on bird facts at daily feeding shows, find out more about their favourite birds at species talks and discover what it’s like to be a keeper at the park in meet-the-keeper sessions.

The Big Batsford Bunny Hunt

The Easter bunnies have escaped and the arboretum staff need help to find them! Hop on over to Batsford Arboretum this Easter holiday and find all the bunnies dotted around the gardens to win a prize. There’s also a children’s trail and play area for little ones to explore once they have completed the hunt. Booking in advance is recommend.

‘NestFest’ at Sudeley Castle

Spend time in nature this Easter and learn about the native birdlife found in the Cotswolds. Visit Sudeley Castle this Easter holiday and find all six giant Easter eggs to learn more about the local species and win a prize at the end. Children can also take part in nature-based crafts sessions - from bird feeder making to wood cookie ‘baking’, there is something for all ages to enjoy.
